The Knitting Factory
The Flat Knitting Factory of Konstantinos Alex. Georgiadis, was founded in 1989 and is active in the field of manufacturing of clothing components.
Located on the west side of the city of Thessaloniki, in the area of Stavroupoli (next to "Moni Lazariston"), operates 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, covering the needs of the domestic market. At the same time, we maintain strong relations with the outside, extracting around 70% of the total production in European Union countries.
With our ultramodern mechanical equipment and utilizing the latest production systems, we offer high quality knitted textiles products, covering a wide range of knitting elastic and non: Pointy collar, double-sided collar, simple collar, cuffs, hems, jacquard, stripes, sports-team scarves.

We use high quality cotton for all cotton products as a raw material, while polyester yarns are certified with ecological control (standard Oeko Tex 100) and international standards (BS, DIN).
In total consistency with the technological developments of the industry, we use a total of 42 electronic machines of flat production, Italian and German technology (Stoll Universal), and intarsia strappings in up to 5 colours (12 gauges and 14 gauges) for vertical stripe.
The operation of the knitting factory is supported by a cooling-heating system and a fire protection system.
